Is shipping included in your quotes?

Shipping costs are quoted during the ordering stage, so there are no surprises. All delivery options and costs are shared clearly and upfront.

Can I use my own courier or delivery service?

Yes, while we typically handle all logistics, we’re happy to coordinate with your preferred delivery provider if needed.

Do you store products for future use or event fulfilment?

Not at this time. Each gifting project is fulfilled as a standalone brief, we don’t currently offer long-term storage or fulfilment services.

Do you offer subscription gifting services?

Not in the traditional sense. We don’t offer fixed subscriptions, but we do work with clients to plan ahead and manage annual gifting calendars. Whether it’s quarterly, seasonal, or tied to key dates, we’ll help you stay ahead of the curve.

Are there any delivery locations you don’t ship to?

We deliver worldwide, but there are a few countries and regions we’re unable to ship to due to courier restrictions or sanctions. These include Russia, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Afghanistan, Cuba, Yemen, Somalia, Venezuela, Sudan, Occupied Territories in Ukraine, a few others.

Some remote destinations may also carry delays or extra fees. If you have a specific location in mind, your account manager will confirm what’s possible and guide you to the best solution.
